CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Contract type – Full time 

Location – Office-based, San Francisco

Working hours – 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday 

Report to – Head of Delivery / US Client Service lead

Pay range – $60,000 to $90,000 / year

Situation Publishing, a leading B2B Technology Publisher, is looking for confident, talented and driven individuals to join our global Delivery team and help bolster our market leading Customer Success operation.. 

If you love digital media, are a natural project manager and live and breath Customer Success then this role is for you.

The Delivery team at Situation Publishing is responsible for the smooth execution and success of the digital marketing campaigns we run for our clients. 

Customer Success Managers report to the Head of Delivery and orchestrate our internal resources, manage the talent and ensure that our customers receive 5 star service in the management and delivery of their campaigns. 

You need to be consultative, a trusted guide to help them with every component of a campaign, be it display advertising or marshalling talent for the creation of webcasts or whitepapers.

You will have project management skills, a knowledge of the fundamentals of digital media and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver all aspects of a digital commercial campaign.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Understand digital marketing and its component parts
  • Project management and being very well organized
  • Good with people and able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to communicate well with email, on the phone, through statistics and with presentations
  • Unflappable and comfortable working under pressure
  • Able to work with a team or on your own and able to put your hand up and ask for help when you need it
  • Proficiency in any of the following platforms would be a bonus
  • Asana, Google Analytics, Google Suite/Workspace, Excel, Chime, Salesforce
